The new General Manager at South Richmond Harley-Davidson.

Joel comes to Richmond from Lynchburg. He has worked for Roanoke Harley-Davidson and Lynchburg Harley-Davidson. Joel has diverse knowledge of the Harley motorcycle business. Joel started out in motorcycle sales at Lynchburg; was promoted to Parts Manager; then promoted to General Manager. He comes highly recommended by Welsley Hargrove, the owner of Lynchburg H-D.
